From Cape Town - can your order via Amazon (www.amazon.com). I assume we are still talking about Dr. Marquardt's book. He has several books and many articles on Action Learning. The articals can be downloaded from http://www.wial.org/publications/

He has two books spcifically on Action Learning - Action Learning in Action and Optimizing the Power of Action Learning. The first is a bit more theoretical and Optimizing much more practical.

I use this book frequently and it is one of the more practical and user-friendly I've seen. Very helpful for structuring programmes.

If anyone is looking for a good, or even excellent, book on action learning, I can highly recommend "Optimizing the Power of Action Learning" by Michael J. Marquardt (ISBN 0-89106-191-6); it's full of models, checklists, questions, etc - a very practical guide to implementing action learning!
